Here are  the instructions for duplicating an existing form.  All of the forms on your website have created with RSForms.

You can access the RSForms Dashboard through the menu: Components > RSForms

Choose Manage Forms from the Menu and Create a COPY of an existing form

Change the name of your new form

Edit the form components as desired

Enter the appropriate Syntax on the page

The Form ID can be found on the Manage Forms Dashboard

The form i8s then displayed on the page
